With Christmas only five weeks away (how did that happen?), we thought we’d take a look at some of our favourite gifts for travellers. Whether it’s products that are useful when we’re on our travels to things we love to have at home. We all want to capture those memories and inspire future adventurers, don’t we?

Travel journal – Paper High (£19.95)
There are a lot of travel journals out there, each of which is an ideal way to document and inspire. Whether it be recording your adventures and noting those off the beaten track destinations and hidden gems. We particularly like the handmade leather travel journals like the one shown below from Paper High. If you’re looking for something classic, we also really like the Wunderlust Journal from the Rifle Paper Co and this personalised travel memory keepsake box from Harris and Jones at Not On The High Street.
Luggage – Cath Kidston overnight bag (£45)
For reliability, we usually choose Samsonite who make good quality cases that seem to last. Currently, in the midst of a Black Friday sale, you can pick up this Spark SNG set of 3 suitcases (spinner 55cm, spinner 67cm and spinner 79cm) for just £210.80 (instead of £527!). For overnight stays, Cath Kidston is always a great option.
Mia Tui has the best travel handbags with the Jennie bag and Mini Jen including a pocket that fits over the handle of a suitcase. That said, we love the Mia Tui everyday bags, like the Olivia below, which has insulated water-bottle holders, clips for keys, phone and pen holders, a clutch bag for your personal things and a clear PVC bag for make-up. We so need one of these!
Luggage tags – Anthropologie (£20)
While luggage tags might not seem important, they help a suitcase or bag be identified quickly. This is a blessing in disguise if you’re watching the carousel with a tired child or on the hunt for luggage which has gone missing. We like to have colourful luggage and bags but interesting luggage tags just means you can be on your way a little quicker. The tag below is one of the ones from Anthropologie – a shop we could quite happily spend an entire day in.
Lean Travel Compression packing cubes (£21.99)

These ones from Lean Travel are sturdy and provide wrinkle-free packing, the zipper making for added compression from 4 inches to one inch.
